However, the problem is that anyone can write an article and post it on a blog.  That does not make the information accurate. Since this is one of our pet peeves, we'll sift through all the hype so you don't have to!

When we post a health related article we will gather information on the topic and give you our opinion of what we discovered. If at anytime we report on a health issue that is “evidence based,” we will clearly identify the source. For example, we will reference facts and figures with citations.
