Stress management is becoming more important as we begin to realize the mental and physical repercussions of living with too much stress in our lives.
When busy with work, home and family, stress piles on. This often happens without our realizing it. Because of this, a lot of people are discovering the stress relief techniques used in Reiki.
Introduction to Using Reiki for Stress Management
Once introduced to Reiki, “Reiki Attunement” takes place. This brings you into a relationship with Reiki energy. This process is usually activated by a trained Reiki master-teacher.
The Reiki Attunement allows any dense energy to clear and release. As a result, your etheric and chakras fields are strengthened. Furthermore, they will be able to receive and transmit high frequency healing light.

Stress can take over when a person worries about the things that are happening around them. The person often lives in a constant tense state without realizing what is happening. The body naturally reacts with fatigue, moodiness and sometimes, disease.

Crystal bowls are available in different sizes. They can be tuned to any note desired – flats, sharps, or pure tones.
Another method of Reiki stress management is through healing drumming. Healing drumming introduces Reiki energy to a person’s body by the use of a drum beat. The drumming creates a deep, relaxing state as it eliminates your stress.
There is a deep connection between the body, mind and spirit. Stress affects all three in a negative way.
